By using AI Health Clinic (“we,” “our,” “us”), you authorize us to collect, use, and disclose your Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with this consent. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
