Welcome to AI Health Clinic (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

AI Health Clinic is a digital health assistant designed to help users manage their health information, receive AI-powered health insights, and access telehealth features where available.
Important: AI Health Clinic is not a medical provider. The App does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 16, you may only use the App with verified parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

  • Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful information.

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or reverse-engineer the App.

  • Share or distribute other users’ personal or medical information without consent.

5. AI & Health Information Disclaimer

The App uses AI models to provide health-related insights and suggestions based on the information you provide.

  • These outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

6. Permissions

  • Microphone Access: Required only if you choose to use voice input or participate in telehealth sessions. Audio is processed securely and not stored beyond the session.

  • Notification Access: Used to send appointment reminders, medication alerts, and important updates.

  •  You may withdraw permissions at any time through your device settings.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.
We comply with applicable data protection laws and take appropriate security measures to safeguard your information.

8. Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

  • Features, functionality, and services may change without prior notice.

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the App for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and features of the App are the property of AI Health Clinic or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AI Health Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

  • We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI outputs.

  • You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided by the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amman.
