Can the app diagnose medical conditions?
No. AI Health Clinic is not a medical provider — it does not diagnose or treat conditions. It helps you understand symptoms and connects you with doctors who can.
What can I do with the app?
Talk to Saleem for AI-powered health insights, manage medical profiles for your whole family, track reminders and saved insights, upload lab results and imaging, and book in-person or telehealth appointments with real doctors.
Is my health information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and access to your health information is limited to authorized personnel. Read our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Consent for details.
How do I book an appointment with a doctor?
From the patient app, open a case with Saleem or go straight to booking — you can choose an in-person visit or telehealth, pick a doctor, and the doctor sees your AI-summarized case ahead of the appointment. See For Patients for details.
